- To contact you and respond to your request via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To prepare fee estimates and follow up on registration procedures related to you.
- To measure website and campaign performance using aggregated statistics.
- To protect the website from automated misuse and fraud.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your request.
3. Confidentiality of your ideas
We understand that inventions, trademarks and designs are valuable and sensitive. The website stores a random anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage solely to count unique visits; it contains no personal data. Fonts, icons and the map may be loaded from third-party services (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN, Google Maps), which may log technical data according to their own policies. Data is stored in a protected database on a secure server, and access is limited to authorized staff through a password-protected dashboard. We keep request data for the duration of our engagement and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
